Code of conduct for ANZMBS meetings and conferences

ANZMBS embraces the diversity of our membership. We strive to create an inclusive environment that encourages true collaboration across different levels of professional experiences, nationalities, cultural backgrounds, abilities, gender identities or sexual orientation.  The following guide highlights the expected and unacceptable professional behaviour of our members and conference delegates. 

Members and delegates are expected to:

-          Treat everyone with respect with the consideration you would expect of others.

-          Communicate openly with the awareness that other members/ delegates may have valid opinions and views that are different from your own.

-          Be mindful of your surroundings and fellow members/delegates.

Unacceptable behaviour for members and delegates includes:

-          Harassment, coercion, or intimidation in any form (including written, verbal, or physical) to any other member, delegate, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, or service provider.

-          Discrimination based professional experience, nationality, cultural background, disability, physical appearance, gender identity or sexual orientation. 

-          Disrespectful disruption of presentations and/or speakers.
